ABOUT

Justin Michael Rindner, M.S.

Masters in Nutrition and Functional Medicine

Level 2 Chek Practitioner

Vitalistic Health Coach

Shamanic Healing Arts & Breathwork Facilitator

Since 2020 I have helped people heal, grow, forgive, learn to love themselves more fully and work towards what they want out of life. In offering my guidance, I draw from a wide breadth of personal education and professional experience. I work primarily as a Licensed Chek Practitioner and Holistic Lifestyle Coach, though I draw from a wide variety of influences in the space I hold. Above all else, I aspire to embody the levels of compassion and personal integrity exemplified by the mentors and teachers I've been blessed to learn from along the way on my own healing journey.

Throughout my journey I invested in various forms of apprenticeship in the Shamanic Healing Arts, including intensive training as a Somatic Energy Medicine and Breathwork Facilitator. For years prior, my passions and interests drew me to seek education in various health related fields including organic agriculture and regenerative nutrition, biohacking, primal health, rewilding, circadian healing, strength training, functional fitness, endurance sports coaching, and restorative exercise. As a registered yoga teacher since 2015, I have also developed a life long love for yogic philosophy which I connect with daily and do my best to integrate into my teachings.

My spiritual path began in earnest in 2017. Over time, my highest highs and hardest hitting rock-bottoms in seeking the true source of my own health taught me to rely on a dedication to spiritual embodiment as both a primary means of survival and the source of my life’s purpose. For many years now, my connection to Spirit has been my guiding light and inspiration for continuing to offer my heart and mind in service of others. Surrendering to greater Wisdom led me to undertake many leaps of faith. Some would save my life, time and again. Others led me to opportunities that readied me for service.

Having earned my Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from University of Western States in 2025, I now combine a deep understanding of the functional medicine model with my experience as a Chek Practitioner in striving to offer the most innovative and purposeful model of holistic healthcare I can provide. Leveraging almost 15 years of tireless personal investment as a health and wellness professional, my purpose in life is to help you heal, feel your best, and learn to love the process. I strive to help those willing to explore who they are and what they are capable of to develop a clearer sense-of-Self where health, healing, and happiness all come to be freely expressed.

I live my life as an example, as best I can, in alignment with the ancient wisdom of yogic philosophy, and the life-promoting truth inherent of sound ecological and anthropologic principles. I truly believe that what is best for the Earth is best for humankind and vice versa and my teachings reflect that. I know Health to be an Innate, natural condition that comes from within, which operates to sustain us in its full capacity at all times. I strive to express myself in ways that align with these values, and work tirelessly to inspire others searching for their own values in alignment with our Innate human potential.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking meals rich in seasonal and local ingredients, training for ultramarathons, practicing archery, writing, foraging, fishing, and hunting, and struggling to make progress in any number of the far too many books I’m usually in the middle of at any given moment.
